Leaving the park, we will hop on the Atlanta Streetcar for a short scenic ride to the Sweet Auburn Curb Market. The Sweet Auburn Curb Market is located inside the original Municipal Market building, which opened its doors in 1924. It is a self-sustaining entity comprised of 24 independently-owned businesses. Our foodie tour includes samples from these eateries.

We’ll start with an appetizer of savory mini pies at Panbury’s Double Crust Pies which is Atlanta’s first South African pie shop, specializing in hot handheld pies and pastries. Next, we will savor a signature burger and fries at Grindhouse Killer Burgers  with samples of their famous fried green tomatoes, sweet potato chips and homemade onion rings.  You will have an opportunity to see why Grindhouse became known as the best place for burgers in a unique and fun atmosphere.

Save room for dessert because the deliciously sweet crepes at Le Metro Creperie will make your mouths water!  Then we will make a final streetcar stop at Just Add Honey Tea Company , a “sophisticated twist on a southern tea tradition”.
