Day 1
- Mid-morning rendezvous with your Soaring Eagle Tours guide at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. We will be waiting for you when you land and we will get you on your way safely in our luxury air-conditioned shuttle.
- Take a spin through The NASCAR Hall of Fame in uptown Charlotte. Racing simulators, interactive exhibits, the pit crew challenge and much more!
- Lunch at The Pitstop Cafe!
- Arrive at one of our 8 beautiful luxurious hotels
- Dinner at one of our unique Charlotte uptown casual eateries like Lancaster’s BBQ, Chima Brazilian Steakhouse, the famous Mert’s Heart & Soul Restaurant, or have a pizza party at any of our 8 Charlotte area hotels.
- Enjoy all the amenities at our luxury lodging facilities including pool, hot tub and much more.
Day 2
- Hot, all you can eat breakfast buffet-pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit and more!
- Depart by 8:00 AM for the Summit.
- A sumptuous box lunch with beverages will be waiting for you on board our luxury air-conditioned shuttle.
- Arrive at the Summit at 11:30 AM.
Day 8 / Day 11 (High Adventure Tour or National Jamboree)
- Depart from the Summit by 8:00 AM and head south to Charlotte, NC.
- A sumptuous box lunch with beverages will be waiting for you on board our luxury air-conditioned shuttle.
- Enjoy a full day at Carowinds, U.S. National Whitewater Center or or choose one of our educational & unique tours, for example: Carolina Raptor Center, Latta Plantation, Historical Rural Hills, The Amazing Maize Maze, First Presbyterian Church Cemetery Ghost Walk, Carolinas Aviation Museum and other Fun Activities including Charlotte Knights Baseball (Chicago White Sox AAA affiliate)
- Dinner at Carowinds, the U.S. Whitewater Center or any of Charlotte’s landmark casual eateries.
- Return to your hotel and relax.
Day 9 / Day 12 (Departure Day)
- Hot, all you can eat breakfast buffet-pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit and more!
- An AM pick-up and transport to Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
*Or…..If your group has their own transportation, we can offer you meals, educational & unique tours for example: Carolina Raptor Center, Latta Plantation, Historical Rural Hills, The Amazing Maize Maze, First Presbyterian Church Cemetery Ghost Walk, Carolinas Aviation Museum and other Fun Activities including Charlotte Knights Baseball (Chicago White Sox AAA affiliate) with overnight accommodations at any one of our 8 Charlotte area luxurious hotels.
